Youth Soccer -
We are taking registrations for girls and boys to play fall soccer. Practices for the 3rd/4th boys and girls and the 5th/6th girls will begin the last week of August. Please stop by the town offices to sign up so your child will be called, or email Chris at dejo751@yahoo.com 1st and 2nd graders will begin after school starts and a flyer will go home for signups then. Kindergarten still needs a coach if we are to have that program. Any parents interested in coaching at any of the levels needs to call 677-7272 a.s.a.p. ! Unfortunately, we do not have much interest or opportunity for the 5th/6th boys. Please do sign up and we will do what we can!

SUNY Youth Sports Coaches Clinic -
LaFayette Community Council Coaches! We would like our youth coaches to take this training. It is not fully mandatory, but preference for coaching positions may be given to those that have completed this and CPR. This is for all sports!
September class announced!
Please visit youthsportsny to learn about and register for the upcoming coaches certification class. On the home page, click on "Become a certified coach" in the upper right. This will bring you to the description of the class and where/how to register. You will register directly with SUNY. The cost is $20 in advance ,but LCC coaches may be reimbursed when you receive your certificate from SUNY. Send copy to: LCC, PO Box 98, LaFayette, NY 13084. Thank you in advance for your committment.
