Stormwater Management Program
The Town of LaFayette is required to prepare a Stormwater Management
Annual Report as part of the New York State Department of Environmental
Conservation’s Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s) Permit. 
The purpose of the MS4 permitting requirements is to prevent stormwater
from adversely affecting surface water bodies.  An overview of last year’s
activities as well as plans for this upcoming year is included within the
report.

Don't Forget the Permit
 Building Permits are required to be obtained prior to the construction
or installation of any building or structure in the Town.  This includes
decks, fences, additions, sheds, pole barns, any swimming pool capable
of holding water over 24-inches in depth and the replacement of any
existing structure.

at 6:30 P.M. on the second Monday of each month
(unless it is a holiday, see our calendar for dates).
Justice Court is held on Wednesdays at 6:00 PM.
