Building a Comprehensive Plan

Our 2021 Comprehensive Plan includes an action (Goal 5, Action Item 3) to establish a Comprehensive Plan Implementation Committee (CPIC). The CPIC will help the town track progress and communicate about the Plan.

CPIC Responsibilities:

Develop a methodology to track progress of Actions within each Plan Goal and consolidate monthly reports to the Town Board.
Identify items that are behind schedule and offer reasons why and/or suggested changes to mitigate
Develop a methodology to track how well Actions are leading to the plan Objectives being met
Monitor plan implementation to identify any issues or risks
Recommend ways to improve plan implementation
Provide a comprehensive annual report to the Town Board about the status of the Plan implementation
