Who do I contact for opt out forms (for dumpsters only) - (a $50.00 opting out fee) then you would need to fill out an opting out form, present a copy of the bill of payment for the dumpster with your address on it and once your taxes are paid and it is approved by the SOTS committee at their next meeting, a refund of $275.00 will be processed.
